Occupied Staging

~Walk and Talk~ 

A one on one consultation where our designer will be going room to room with the owner of the home. Together they will evaluate the space in a buyer's point of view. We will offer advice and solutions for what needs to be prepared for a successful Open House. This process takes about 2 1/2 -3 hours. You will receive a package with all the instructions that were discussed and time permitting a quick one space makeover/example, with before and after picture.

~Mini makeover~

This is a Half day staging day, about 4 hours. Our designer and the owner will roll up there sleeves and move light furniture, lamps, pictures etc around for the best visual impact of the space. There is  2 1/2 hours prep time included in the fee, which includes shopping, research and loading of merchandise.

~Full Day Makeover~ 

This is a full day staging day, about 7 hours. This is similar to the mini makeover. The only difference is the amount of time necessary due to larger square footage and /or amount of belongings. There is also 2 1/2  to 3 hours of prep time included in the fee for shopping, research and loading of merchandise.

Our Uplift Decor designer can be your personal shopper , based on the budget agreed upon , for those accessories that serves as investments for a successful and rapid sale of your home.

E - Design

~One Space Design~

Our designer will provide 2 initial design concepts to review, 1 final room design, direct messaging with the designer on the actual 3D image/design you have chosen, shopping list of furniture and accessories and product ordering/shipping service.

A staging day package can be added upon request afterwards as well.

Our designer will two initial designs to review per room, one final design concept per space, direct messaging with the designer on the actual 3D image design, you have chosen, for final decision making. Shopping list of furniture and accessories and product ordering/shipping service.

vacant Staging

~ Vacant Home Consultation ~

Our Uplift Decor designer will meet with the realtor and or owners of the property to discuss furniture and accessories potentially needed for the space. The pricing for each vacant stage project does vary depending on the square footage of the home, the amount of rooms to be staged and the two levels of Staging that is offered; Basic package or Glam package.

Redesign

~ Design Consultation ~

This is an intensive in home consultation, our designer will be using a detailed and customized design report to write down everything that needs to be done in the main living areas. This service is designed to give you all the objectives and expert advice that you will need from a designer’s point of view into a detailed and informative report. This consultation can take up to two hours. You will walk away with a priority shopping list and Vendors list to help you complete the design process.
