This Project was for a client who had just purchased a vacation home and wanted to rent for supplemental income . They desired a relaxed and dreamy environment for their living space overlooking the beach.

Occupied Staging

Occupied staging is a service where the designer will utilize the homeowners belongings and or furnishings along with other purchased items to optimize the space to its best potential, in a buyer’s point of view. A staging report full of advice from the “tricks of the trade” is provided during the consultation process.

This was our clients first home and first selling experience. A three bedroom, one bath in Oak Forest. An offer was made within 24 hours at 5,000.00 above asking price!!
